Berkeley Lawrence Hall of Science Atomic Lounge Theme for 107th Anniversary Installation The Berkeley Association of REALTORS® will celebrate its 107th Anniversary with the Installation of Officers & Directors and the Inauguration of Timothy Cassidy as our 2009 President. This event is also the fourth annual benefit for the Youth Arts & Education Fund & Workforce Housing and Homeless Funds the B.A.R.'s Holiday Celebration. The gala event will take place on the evening of December 12th at the U.C. Berkeley Lawrence Hall of Science and will include hors d'oeuvres, a gourmet dinner, brief program, dancing, gallery viewing and a silent auction. Dress code for this Atomic Lounge-themed evening encourages glam it up with a Cocktail Chic dress attire. Invitations are in the mail so be sure to save the date for this special evening. We hope to see you there. • Installation Tickets Special Events Committee Looks for Support for Installation Benefit The success of our annual Installation event depends upon the participation and generous support of our members and friends. The Sponsorship Committee, spearheaded by Melissa Milton and Timothy Cassidy, are coordinating the fund-raising efforts for this very special benefit for the Youth Arts & Education Fund and Workforce Housing and Homeless Funds. Several levels of sponsorship are available including: • Particle Accelerator Sponsorship at $2,500 - This Sponsorship will entitle your group to 6 tickets to the event, a logo sign on the food/beverage table, name or logo on the presentation wall, name in the program, newsletter and BAR website. • Neutron Sponsorship @ $1,000 - This Sponsorship will entitle your group to 4 tickets to the event, a logo sign on the food/beverage table, name or logo on the presentation wall, name in the program, newsletter and BAR website. • Proton Sponsorship @ $500 - This Sponsorship will entitle your group to 2 tickets to the event, a logo sign on the food/beverage table, name or logo on the presentation wall, name in the program, newsletter and BAR website. • Electron Sponsorship @ $250 - This Sponsorship will entitle your group to 1 ticket to the event, a logo sign on the food/beverage table, name or logo on the presentation wall, name in the program, newsletter and BAR website. Individual Event Tickets are available for $100 Donations of special goods and services are also being sought for the Silent Auction which will be held during the event. Last year the bidding was fast and furious for items such as tickets to a Warriors game, vacation rentals, website design, works of art, wine, full home staging, hours of legal consultation, pest inspections, interior painting as well as season tickets to The Berkeley Repertory Theatre.
