The Berkeley Association of REALTORS® (BAR) is a professional trade organization representing approximately 700 REALTOR® and Affiliate members engaged in the real estate business. Founded in 1902, BAR is one of California’s oldest real estate associations, proud of its historic affiliation with the California Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®. Our members are REALTORS® as opposed to real estate salespersons. Being a REALTOR® is a source of pride and prestige. A REALTOR® is a professional that you can trust.
